Day 1

Santa Cruz
The City of Santa Cruz, California, is situated on the northern part of Monterey Bay about 74 miles south of San Francisco and 30 miles from San Jose.Santa Cruz is the quintessential beach town.It was here that Hawaiian royalty first introduced surfing to the mainland--and locals and visitors alike have been riding the waves ever since.

Places to Visit
1.Mystery spot
Located in redwood forest just outside the Santa Cruz. Within the mystery spot the laws of pysics do not apply. It appears as though evry law of gravitation has gone haywire,turned topsy-turvy and just doesn't make sense.The sensational Mystery spot is a series of surpises that are unique,different, and inexplicable.

2.Town Clock
Historic clock tower at the northern end of Pacific Avenue.

3.Wharf
What we are most likely to encounter around the Wharf are California sea lions and harbor seals.The result is that the sea lions can climb up rocks and leap onto Wharf crossbeams, while the harbor seals wriggle their way out on gentle slopes and low lying rocks, like those in the San Lorenzo River.

Day 2

San Jose
San Jose is located in the Santa Clara Valley at the southern tip of San Francisco Bay, 48 miles south of San Francisco and 40 miles south of Oakland. The area is known as the Southern Peninsula. San Jose is the seat of Santa Clara County and the center of a large and expanding metropolitan area bordered by the Santa Cruz Mountains on the west and the Diablo Mountain range on the east. The Coyote and Guadalupe rivers run through the city.

Hakone Garden
Oldest Japanese Garden in the western Hemisphere. Eighteen beautiful acres located in the hills of Sartoga. It is an authentic replica of Japanese Samurai or Shogun’s estate garden, designed by one of descendent of the imperial gardening family members.

Day 3

17-Mile drive
while driving along this, you can see
seals on the shores and pelicans perch on rocky cliffs.

Places to visit
1. Big Sur
This a great place for hiking. Ewoldsen trail is a wonderful scenic place filled with redwood forest, scrub landscapes, sweeping canyon and ocean views

2. Pebbles beach
Pebble Beach is a roadside park along Highway 1 located about midway between Pigeon Point and Pescadero in San Mateo County. Looking south from the coast trail at Pebble Beach, you can see this irregular erosion pattern in the sandstone and conglomerate beds of the Pigeon Point Formation
